EAR: EduAction Radio goes International was a youth exchange project, it had three project phases:

1. Preparation of participation and communities activation;
2. Implementation of the Youth Exchange;
3. Follow up in the communities.

The number of participants involved was 20 young people and 5 group leaders.
2 of the group leaders were under 30 and 2 under 35, which confirms that this project was fully a grassroots activation of young people.
